Asbestos Testing
A certified survey and lab analysis that tells you exactly whether building materials contain asbestos, before you disturb them.
Any structure built before 1980 is likely to contain asbestos somewhere, in drywall mud, floor tile, mastic, popcorn ceilings, pipe wrap, roofing, or stucco. South Coast AQMD Rule 1403 requires an asbestos survey before most demolition or renovation work begins. We collect bulk samples, send them to an accredited lab, and return a clear report you can act on.
What is included
- AQMD Rule 1403 pre-demolition surveys
- Bulk sampling of suspect materials (drywall, mastic, tile, stucco, roofing)
- PLM lab analysis through AIHA-accredited partners
- Plain-English reports that satisfy permit and contractor requirements
